The company and our factory is located in Kuantan, Pahang.Our company is experienced and have expertised in the field of building materials manufacturing bricks (Clay Bricks) .Our production is over than 30,000 pieces of bricks per day. Our products is a production of high quality bricks and has a beautiful finishing. Our products are made of 100% clay mixture elected without impurities and other solid character.
Company Profile.
Kuantan Bricks Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned company of QI BRICKS (M) SDN. BHD. Kuantan Bricks Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 16th October 1990 under the Companies Act 1965.
The company has approximately 42 employees including staff. Carry out the manufacture and production of clay bricks is the activities carried out by this company. Since beginning operations, the company has been supplying bricks to housing projects, especially projects PASDEC group. In addition, the company also supplied the bricks to government projects and other private projects in the state of Pahang and Terengganu.
The main activities at Kuantan Bricks Sdn Bhd is to manufacture and supply clay bricks for construction projects. Clay brick is made using 100% clay without additives or other mixtures. Other than that, the company also performs some additional activities, namely the manufacture and supply of cement bricks.
Introduction To Bricks
The brick building is rectangular oval , made of inorganic materials that are hard and tough . Size and weight are designed to be easily held in one hand . Its length is approximately twice the size of the width. There are various types and forms of brick , depending on the type and source of raw materials, manufacturing methods and their applications.
According to Malaysian standards , MS 7.6 : 1972 was a brick wall unit is defined as one that does not exceed 337.5 mm long , 225 mm wide and 112.5 mm in height. Size is not available right brick for brick undergoes contraction and expansion in the process of drying and firing .
Most of the structure are using bricks to constructing a buildings. It resulting demand for bricks is increasing as well as the construction project is growth. Best quality brick is compulsory as needed by construction contractors. Bricks that produced must follow the standards and quality in making buildings that set by authorities such as SIRIM, local authorities and fire department.
